CANTON — A Canton man wanted in Maine was charged Thursday by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department with being a fugitive from justice.

Darren J. Hills, 41, is charged with unlawful sexual contact in Waldo County, Maine.

Mr. Hills was arraigned in Canton court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail pending further proceedings.
