Steven E. Davis, 22, of 1101 Congress St., was arrested Thursday at 10:10 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for two counts of failure to appear, city police said. He is due to appear in court on June 26.

Shannon M. Young, 27, of 903 Main St., Morristown, was ticketed Wednesday at 4:39 p.m. on Canton Street for failure to yield the right of way at a left turn, Ogdensburg police said. She is due in city court on July 5.
