DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael J. Durand, 47, of 16228 Route 30, Constable with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 9:12 p.m. Friday. Police said they responded to Park Avenue disturbance complaint and found a reportedly heavily intoxicated man seeking to get into other people;s vehicles, opted not to follow police requests to modify his behavior and then struggled with officers when he was being taken into custody on the disorderly conduct count.

COUNTY COURT WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Jarrod J. Lanning, 24, of Massena on a county court warrant at 3:30 p.m. Friday at his mother’s residence at 96 Cook St. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he will be held pending an arraignment in county court.

FAILURE TO KEEP RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed James C. LaBaff, 68, of 139 Jefferson Ave., Massena, for failure to keep right at 9:15 a.m. Thursday following a property damage accident.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael J. Jackson, 39, of Fort Covington with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:16 a.m. Saturday on Church Street.
