A 16-year-old Watertown girl violated a Family Court order of protection Tuesday when she threatened her mother, Watertown police allege.

Kayla A. North, 26 Emerson Place, Apt. 26, faces prosecution in City Court on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt. Police said she is accused of raising her hand as if she were going to hit her mother, Shanda M. Conklin, 37, same address.
