Sandra L. Mattice, 66, of 8 Spring St., was injured Friday at 11:41 a.m. when her car collided with another vehicle in the parking lot at Gateway Plaza, Ford Street Extension. City police identified the other driver as David A. Franz, 69, of 815 Knox St.

She was treated for unspecified injuries at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.

A vehicle-bicycle collision Friday at 8:48 a.m. at Ford and Morris streets injured the cyclist.

Ogdensburg police said Clark H. Willard, 49, of 312 Clark St., was treated for undisclosed injuries at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.

The driver, Justin D. Green, 30, of 6611C Route 68, is due in city curt on July 19 to answer summonses for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to use care for a bicycle.
