DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Brad R. Bigtree, 47, of 141 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, with driving while intoxicated at 10:52 p.m. Saturday on Parker Avenue. He was also ticketed for unsafe backing. Police said his blood alcohol content was not available Sunday morning.
