DWI - Canton-based state police charged Matthew P. Bussey, 21, of Ticonderoga with driving while intoxicated following an incident at 12:07 a.m. Thursday on the Pleasant Valley Road in the town of Stockholm.
FELONY DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Amy J. Bingham, 42, of Fort Covington with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following an incident at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday in the town of Constable.
DWI - ST.REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Cody J. Bilow, 21, of Moira with driving while intoxicated following an incident at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday on Conger Road in the town of Waverly.
DWI - HOPKINTON - Malone-based state police charged Lisa L. Greenwood, 38, of St. Regis Falls with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for making an illegal signal and failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday on Mill Street in the town of Hopkinton.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - HELENA - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37C near the North Road in the town of Brasher. The vehicle was operated by Robert A. Boisvert, 83, of Massena.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday on Fay Road, near California Road, in the town of Westville. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Jeremy R. Bush, 26, of Fort Covington.
THREE-VEHICLE CRASH - MOIRA - Malone-based state police said three vehicles, including a parked vehicle, were involved in a property damage accident at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 11, near Grove Street, in the town of Moira. Troopers identified the drivers as Marcel O. Cox, 27, of Brushton and Seth D. Mulverhill, 19, of Moira.
