AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged James P. Plourde, 58, of Massena with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right and operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 12:51 a.m. Saturday on County Route 42 in the town of Massena. A driving while intoxicated charge (0.08 bac) is elevated to an aggravated DWI when the driver’s blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent or higher.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jacob J. Ashley, 32, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 7:57 p.m. Friday from the town of Potsdam.

GRAND LARCENY - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Kyle J. Peryer, 26, of Fort Covington with fourth-degree grand larceny - credit card early Saturday morning after troopers investigated a complaint received at 11:30 p.m. Friday from the town of Fort Covington.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Jennifer A. Peryer, 32, of Norfolk with criminal mischief following an incident reported at 2 p.m. Thursday from the town of Lawrence. Troopers said Peryer was placed under arrest at 319 Water Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 11:10 p.m. Friday on state Route 37, near County Route 31A, in the town of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Jillian A. Bruyere, 25, of Ogdensburg.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Corey J. Fountain, 37, of Constable and Kody J. Bingham, 20, of Fort Covington with disorderly conduct following an incident at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on Poplar Road in the town of Constable. That same incident had previously led to a driving while intoxicated charge for Amy J. Bingham, 42, of Fort Covington,\.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Bonnie J. Garrand, 56, of Moira with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment following an incident reported at 7:20 p.m. Thursday from the town of Moira.
