HENDERSON After several months of disputes and minute tabulations, the Town Council on Thursday night appeared to have a final tabulation on the number of equivalent dwelling units within its Water District 2.
The district now has 200.85 EDUs, an increase from just under 150 when calculations began. A price for the EDUs still must be determined, but consensus is that bills will go up to erase a projected $10,000 shortfall and add to the districts reserves.
The council also discussed the placement of moorings, with Supervisor Raymond A. Walker saying the town could use its GPS to help return markers that had been moved from their original sites.
The installation of new dirt at its baseball fields also was tentatively scheduled for Tuesday.
