HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael J. Sturgeon, 34, of 37 Lizberty Ave., Massena, with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child Sunday morning following an investigation into an incident that took place Saturday at 4 Riverview St. He allegedly kicked open a bedroom door and then repeatedly punched Ricky Fields in the facee altercation took place in front of the victim’s child.

DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged David C. Rodriguez, 24, of 12 Dana St., Massena, with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 6 a.m. Saturday on Parker Avenue. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed A.M. Varadevaldscrzz, 17, of Fort Covington for driving out of class and operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 3:55 a.m. Thursday on West Orvis Street.

FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Robert E. Cameron, 17, of 9 Sharon Drive, Massena, with failure to yield the right of way at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday following a two-vehicle property damage accident on Liberty Avenue at Roosevelt Street.
