HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Michael J. Borsellino, 34, of 4 Pratt Place, Massena, with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana following a domestic dispute that took place after Mr. Borsellino and his wife, Amy, returned home from the Fourth of July festivities in Norwood.

Court documents indicate Mr. Borsellino was intoxicated and arguing with his wife about their daughter’s attitude. Ms. Borsellino said her husband pulled her out of a chair, pushed her into a coat rack and slapped her in the face.

Mr. Borsellino was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and released under the supervision of the probation department.
