Nicholas J. Haley, 29, of 130 N. Pearl Ave., was charged by Watertown police at about 3 p.m. Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

It is alleged that he used his fist to break the driver’s side window on a vehicle belonging to Bridgette A. Haley, same address, during a domestic dispute that occurred in the presence of two children, ages 3 and 5.

He is due to answer the charges in City Court.
