DWI - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged Brett L. Logan, 23, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of an unregistered and uninsured all-terrain vehicle, illegal operation of an ATV on a highway and operation of a vehicle with an inadequate muffler. Troopers said the arrest was made following a stop at 8:25 p.m. Thursday near the Riverview Restaurant in downtown Brasher Falls.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Darian J. Hines, 16, of North Lawrence with criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an incident reported at 11 p.m. Thursday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Chad F. Lamica, 27, of Fort Covington with criminal mischief following an incident reported to troopers at 7 p.m. Thursday from the town of Fort Covington. State police said the arrest took place at 339 Burns Holden Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 9:24 a.m. Thursday on state Route 56 at Elm Street in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Angela C. Ortiz, 27, of Norfolk and James A. Tyler, 77, of Norwood.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BRUSHTON - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:20 a.m. Friday on the South Woods Road in the village of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Martin D. St. Hilaire, 57, of Dickinson Center.
