ASSAULT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael J. Regan III, 22, of Coltonwas charged with third-degree assault at 2:22 a.m. Saturday following an investigation at La Casbah for a reported fight. Regan was arrested on scene for punching a male in the face ,causing minor injury. The victim was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for evaluation. Regan was transported to the Potsdam Police Department for processing, and he was released on an appearance ticket.



ESCAPE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Heather A. Bradley, 22, of Norfolk with disorderly conduct and third-degree escape at 2:25 a.m. Friday on Elm Street. Police said Bradley was taken into custody when she was observed fighting in front of La Casbah with another female. Officers placed her in the prisoner compartment of the patrol car and a short time later a subject approached the patrol vehicle and let her out of the prisoner compartment. Bradley was caught immediately and was transported to the Potsdam Police Department for processing.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ryan F. Stratton, 20, of New Hartford with disorderly conduct at 4:05 a.m. Saturday at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Police said patrols were at Canton-Potsdam Hospital following up on a separate case when Stratton spit on the floor and acted disorderly.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Russell Snyder, 18, of Potsdam with disorderly conduct at 8:19 p.m. Saturday in the Prosh Lot after police responded to a reported fight behind Little Italy. Upon their arrival, police said they observed Snyder engaged in a physical altercation with another male subject. The parties were separated, and Snyder was issued an appearance ticket.

0740 Village resident reports someone may have tried to get into her house.Patrols responded; report deemed unfounded.

0918 Dispatched patrols and the Potsdam Rescue Squad to Lawrence Avenue for an unresponsive female.

1023 Patrols assisted a resident with a property exchange.

1107 Patrol responded to the Canton Potsdam Hospital parking lot after receiving a report of a dog in a vehicle with the windows barely open.Owner was found with the dog outside of the vehicle upon arrival.

1139 Received a larceny report. An I-Pod and three Walmart gift cards belonging to a 10 year old were taken from an unlocked vehicle yesterday afternoon in a downtown parking lot.

1434 Potsdam Rescue and patrols responded to a call on Raymond Street.

1753 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call on state Highway 11B.

1900 Patrol dispatched to check on a report of kids on the dam beside Evans & White Hardware. Subjects in question took off upon arrival of the patrol.

1937 Purse and cell phone found downtown and turned over to patrol.

2019 Report of people fighting behind Little Italy. Patrols responded and the group was found to be juveniles who were wrestling.

2030 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at 28 Munson St.

2032 Harassment complaint at Stewart’s.

2118 Dog at large complaint on Elm Street.

2150 Medical alarm at Debra Drive. Patrol responded and found it to be a false alarm.

2300 Suspicious vehicle complaint on Racquette Road.

2300 Juvenile complaint.
