CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION BREATHING - NORFOLK— A Norfolk man was arrested early Monday by state police following a domestic dispute at his home.

Michael D. Monica, 29, of 764 Plum Brook Road, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment at 12:30 a.m.

He allegedly pushed a woman to the floor and held her there with his hand over her mouth, troopers said. The woman lives in the same residence, but her relationship with Mr. Monica couldn’t be confirmed, troopers said.
