"After a homeless Antwerp man was arrested Monday afternoon on a disorderly conduct charge, Watertown police determined he was wanted by Gouverneur police on a warrant.

Erik A. Massey, 25, was cited by city police with allegedly obstructing traffic in the 300 block of State Street. He then was taken to Gouverneur for arraignment on a petit larceny charge stemming from an alleged shoplifting incident at Kinney Drugs on June 14, village police said.
