OGDENSBURG — Kyle W. Streeter, 18, of 20 Loafers Bluff Drive, was charged by state police Sunday with unauthorized use of a vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanors.

He is accused of taking his mother’s vehicle without her permission on Friday.
