POTSDAM - National Grid officials are reporting 2,118 customers in St. Lawrence and Franklin counties remain without power this morning. There are still scattered outages in areas from Morley to Paul Smiths, including 270 customers in the Parishville area. National Grid officials say they expect to have power restored in the Parishville area by 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.
