Cunningham Excavation, Cazenovia, has been accepted to work on the fifth phase of the Watertown City School Districts capital construction project.
During the Board of Educations special meeting Monday morning, board members accepted Cunninghams $812,900 bid.
The site work includes construction parking, about 30 spaces at Wiley Intermediate, said Superintendent Terry N. Fralick.
About 15 to 20 spaces and a new sidewalk will be added at Starbuck Elementary School on the staging site of the construction projects previous phase. Sherman, North and Knickerbocker elementary schools will also have new parking spaces.
Mr. Fralick said the construction will start in the fall.
