FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Christiana J DeForge, 20, of Potsdam for failing to yield the right of way at Elm Street and Lawrence Avenue following an incident at 8:45 a.m. Saturday.

0128 Dog complaint on Market Street.

0208 Suspicious person complaint on Depot Street. Patrols responded and were unable to locate the suspicious subject.

0229 Criminal mischief reported at local business located on Market Street.

0312 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

0407 Traffic stop on Maple Street. Verbal warning issued.

0638 Dog at large complaint on Washington Street. Patrol responded.

0655 Complainant contacted PPD requesting a welfare check on an individual. Patrol responded and made contact with the individual and provided them with a courtesy transport to a local hotel for lodging.

0809 Patrols provided traffic control for an oversized load traveling through downtown Potsdam.

0845 Traffic stop. Ticket issued.

Christiana J DeForge, 20, of Potsdam was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way at the intersection of Elm Street and Lawrence Avenue.

1042 Potsdam Rescue paged to provide ground transport for a Life Net crew.

1140 Subject turned himself in to the police department for an outstanding parole warrant.

1310 Received a copy of warrant on a subject wanted by New York State Police, as the subject’s last known address was in the village.

1521 Potsdam Rescue paged to provide ground transport for a helicopter transport.

1704 Potsdam Rescue paged to respond to West Potsdam for a 49-year-old male with chest pain.

1720 Potsdam Rescue paged to respond to Norwood for an 87-year-old male with abdominal pain.

1744 Received a call regarding a low hanging wire on Market Street. Officer responded and found the wire to be a telephone wire. The wire was removed by officer to prevent any further obstruction.

1810 Received a life line activation at Midtown Apartments. Officer responded and located an elderly female who had fallen and was unable to stand. Officer assisted the elderly female.

1958 Patrols responded to a Market Street residence to assist an elderly male that had fallen and was unable to stand.

2138 Traffic stop Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

2145 Traffic stop Elm Street. Verbal warning issued.

2241 Traffic stop Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

2329 Received a call from St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office reporting an erratic driver traveling toward the village on the River Road. Patrols dispatched and located the vehicle.

2343 Traffic stop Grove Street . Verbal warning issued.
