NORFOLK A Norfolk man accused of repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails on his ex-girlfriends phone was arrested at 10 a.m. by state police.
Cooper L. Bond, 20, of 11 S. Main St., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. The womans identification was not released.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Potsdam Town Court on Aug. 16.
