AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Norfolk-based state police charged Cooper L. Bond, 20, of Norfolk with aggravated harassment following an incident reported at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Potsdam.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Egbert L. Winters, 44, of North Bangor with a felony first-degree criminal contempt following a complaint received at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Moira. Troopers said he was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.

ASSAULT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Shawn M. Webster, 35, of Fort Covington with third-degree assault and unlawful possession of marijuana following a complaint received at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Fort Covington. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $500.

DWI - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Kyle D. Feeley, 27, of Lewis with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday on the South River Road in the town of Waverly.
