David A. Constance, 44, of 316 S. Rutland St., Lower Apt., was charged by Watertown police at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday at his residence with disorderly conduct.

Police said Mr. Constance charged toward Robert D. Ieppert, 413 Dimmick St., and threatened to kill him.

He was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail.
