Heather C. Richards, 31, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 426C, was charged by Watertown police at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

She is accused of damaging a 55-inch Samsung LCD television, valued at $1,200, by throwing a remote control at it during a domestic dispute about 1:20 p.m. in her home.

She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
