GROWING CANNABIS - BRASHER FALLS— While investigating a domestic incident, state police allegedly found four marijuana plants.

Winthropo-based state police charged Toby J. Yaddow, 37, of 896 Route 420, with unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeanor.

The verbal domestic dispute was originally reported at 12:38 a.m. on July 30 from the couple’s home in the town of Stockholm. Mr. Mr. Yaddow’s wife reportedly mentioned to officers that there were marijuana plants growing in the home when they responded to the incident and said they belonged to her husband, troopers said.

Mr. Yaddow was issued an appearance ticket.
