DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Marcus Shatraw, 22, of 415 Buckton Road, Winthrop, with disorderly conduct and an open container violation at 2:20 a.m. Friday. Police said Shatraw was observed walking on Main Street with an open container of beer. When he was ordered to wmprey the beer and throw the container in a trash barrel, he responded by throwing the beer container on the sidewalk near Auggie’s. That led to the disorderly conduct charge.
