UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Lindsey R. Brown, 22, of Potsdam with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 10:23 a.m. Thursday on state Route 68 in the town of Canton.

UNLAWFUL DEALING - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Michelle A. Page, 45, of 10115 state Route 56, Louisville, with unlawfully dealing with a child and unlawful possession of marijuana Thursday following an investigation into a complaint received at 1:04 a.m. July 29. Cody L. Page, 20, of Louisville had been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and unlawful possession of marijuana on July 29 in connection with that same incident.

UNLAWFUL GROWING - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged Toby J. Yaddow, 37, of Brasher Falls with unlawfully growing cannabis Thursday evening stemming from an incident at 12:38 a.m. July 30 in the town of Stockholm.
