Kenneth B. Petillo, 27, of 806 Mill St., Apt. A, was arrested by city police Thursday night on allegations that he choked a woman.

He is charged with criminally obstructing breath and blood circulation in a complaint filed by Shannon M. Medina, 27, of 1620 Huntington St., according to police. Shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday, he placed his hands to her throat and squeezed, police alleged.
