CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - NORTH LAWRENCE - Winthrop-based state police chaged Jonathan M. Judware, 19, of North Lawrence with two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree harasment following a complaint of a domestic dispute at 3:40 p.m. Monday in the town of Lawrence.
BURGLARY - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Wilbur C. Bailey, 29, of St. Regis Falls with second-degree burglary Monday afternoon. They said they responded to a burglary complaint at 2:10 p.m. Monday from the town of Waverly and took Bailey into custody at 5 Saint Ann Street. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 5:30 p.m. Monday on state Route 37 near the Derouchie Road in the town of Fort Covington. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Rachel M. Grue, 21, of Malone and Justin V. Bennett, 25, of Fort Covington.
