DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Thomas L. Hathaway Jr., 27, of 306 Church St., Hogansburg; Evan C. White, 23, of 412 Route 37, Hogansburg; and John S. Snow. 28, of Conners Road, Hogansburg; with disorderly conduct at 2:16 a.m. Saturday. Police said the trio were screaming at police and creating a disturbance when officers were breaking up a fight between two females in front of Friar Tucks’s. The three men were charged after they refused to comply with orders to quiet down and move from the area in front of the bar.



HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Nancy Ann Butler of 2380 County Route 24, Brainardsville, with second-degree harassment on Saturday afternoon. Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident on July 17 when she allegedly punched Marcus Shatraw in the face. They were reportedly involved in a domestic dispute. She allegedly told Shatraw that she was going to punch him in the face, and he countered that if she did he would call the police. She did, and he did.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jamie A. Kennedy, 42, of Ogdensburg for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:20 p.m. Monday on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Patricia L. Dullea, 57, of Brasher Falls for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:10 p.m. Monday on state Route 37.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jessica Dee Hoage, 21, of Utica for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:15 a.m. Monday on Parker Avenue.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Paul Veneroni of Celina, Ohio for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:56 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Harishankar L. Sanghi, 75, of Massena for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue at 3:10 p.m. Sunday.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed three people for speeding Sunday. They included:

■ Valerie B. Stevenson, 42, of County Route 21, Canton, following a traffic stop at 11:25 a.m. on East Hatfield Street.

■ Traci L. Cooper, 48, of Warminster, Pa. following a traffic stop at 10:05 a.m. on state Route 37.

■ Cindy K. Driscoll, 56, of North Racquette River Road, Massena, following a traffic stop at 7:55 a.m. on East Hatfield Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Sharon J. Yousey, 68, of Austin Ridge Road, Norwood, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:02 p.m. Saturday on Andrews Street.



UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler M. Olson, 20, of Massena for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. Saturday on Andrews Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joel A. Giorgi, 42, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 5:54 p.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.



FAILURE TO YIELD - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Rachel H. Mott, 16, of Massena for failure to yield the right of way when entering a roadway following an incident at 4:50 p.m. Saturday on Romeo Avenue.



IMPROPER LEFT TURN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Clifford Haggett, 58, of Massena for making an improper left turn following a traffic stop at 8:40 p.m. Friday on Main Street near Water Street. There is a right run only on Water leading to Main.
