Raymond R. Fournier, 74, of Newport, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Woodlawn Care Center in Newport.

Raymond was born in Nashua on September 10, 1937, the son of the late Louis and Lucille (Rodier) Fournier. He was the husband of the late Jewel (Delano) Fournier who passed away in 2002 and the late Theresa (Gagnon) Fournier who passed away in 2010.

Prior to retirement, Raymond had been employed by Nim-Cor for 15 years as a machinist.

Raymond is survived by: One son; Brian Fournier and his wife Justine of Newport, Two daughters; Marie Caron of Scottsdale, AZ and Elaine Beach and her husband William of Ft. Myers, FL, Six grandchildren; Tanir, Nash, Alicia, Jennifer, Austin and Shelby, One sister; Jacqueline Therrien of Lawton, OK, Also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 9:00 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis St. Nashua. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005.
