HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Shelly L. Robinson, 56, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment Tuesday. Troopers said Robinson was arrested at 1263 state Route 345 Tuesday. Police said the charge stemmed from an incident reported at 11:44 a.m. July 23 from the town of Potsdam.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Laura M. Boots, 24, of Akwesasne, Ont., with unlawful possession of marijuana following a secondary inspection at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - NORFOLK - Norfolk-based state police investigated a property damage accident at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 38 near the Lime Hollow Road in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Courtney M. Harvey, 16, of Chase Mills.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police investigated a property damage accident at 5:02 a.m. Wednesday on Chandler Road near County Route 5 in the town of Moira. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Jonathan M. Damon, 30, of Brushton.
