UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Village police charged Jason C. Bessuille, 29, of 793 Cambridge St., Apt. 2, Cambridge, Mass., with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 4:23 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37. Bessuille had initially been stopped for speed in zone and failure to obey traffic control ahead. A small amount of marijuana was located when a K-9 unit was called to assist at the traffic stop.
