FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Louis P. Carrock, 47, of Remsen for failure to yield right of way to a pedestrian in crosswalk following a traffic stop at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday on Main Street.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Genevieve E. Brigida, 21, of Potsdam, for following too closely at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday following an investigation of a a two-vehicle accident with minor personal injury at PierrepontAvenue and Bay Street. Potsdam Rescue was also dispatched to the accident scene.

1430 Requests to check the welfare of a subject believed to be in the vicinity of Canton-PotsdamHospital. Patrol dispatched.

1449 Potsdam Rescue and Police were dispatched to Mayfield for a male that has fallen.

1502Assisted Canton Police Department with service of a criminal summons.

1700 Report of an intoxicated driver on Main Street.Patrol dispatched.

1711 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Mayfield for a sick call.

2142 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

2223 Officers assisted a subject requesting to go to detox.

2353 Officer responded to remove a bat from a residence.
