1816 08/08/2012 Patrol completed a traffic stop on the listed vehicle on Maple Street. The operator, John F. Halpin age 45 of Rensselaer Falls, NY was issued a traffic summons for VTL 1180-D Speed in zone 49/30 returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 08/29/2012 at 0800.
