WADDINGTON – Waddington Fish and Game Club is bringing back its Fall Craft and Flea Market Expo. The last expo was last held in 2007.
The show is done periodically throughout the years, said Darlene A. Parmeter, club member. Its always a good time, so we decided to bring it back this year.
The Fall Craft and Flea Market Expo will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Donald Martin Arena.
Club members are currently seeking vendors. Spaces measuring 10 feet by 10 feet are available for $10 each. Vendors must provide their own tables. Vendors can either set up from noon to 8 p.m. Sept. 21 or 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sept. 22.
So far we have 10 vendors signed up, said Mrs. Parmeter. We still have plenty of spaces available.
Club members say they are looking for a variety of vendors. Current participating vendors will feature jewelry, taxidermy services, wooden wares, and ATVs. Money raised from the event will go toward the Waddington Fish & Game Club. The club sponsors events throughout the year to promote fishing and hunting in the area, including the Childrens Annual Fishing Derby held in June.
Admission to the Fall Craft and Flea Market Expo is $2 at the door, and free for children under 12. Concessions will be available. For more information, contact Mrs. Parmeter at 388-4251.
