OSWEGATCHIE— Robert L. Murphy, 54, of Main Street, Morristown, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated by state police at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Murphy was uninjured when he crashed his car while traveling on Haggert Road in Oswegatchie just after 3 a.m. Tuesday.

He was also charged with driving drunk with a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years and failure to keep right, an infraction. His BAC was measured at 0.16 percent.
