LISBON - The Lisbon Homecoming 5K Run/Walk will follow the theme of the Homecoming Weekend...”Saddle Up and Hold On” on Saturday, Aug. 18. The Homecoming 5K Run/Walk and one-mile fun run are sponored by Mort Backus and Sons Chevrolet-Buick and both races will begin and end at the American Legion on Main Street Lisbon.

Registration begins at 7:15 a.m. and closes for walkers at 7:45 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. for runners with the fun run and the walkers beginning at 8 a.m. and the 5K run beginning at 8:30 a.m. The entry fee for the 5K is $12 by Aug. 4 and $15 after Aug. 4 or race day. There is no fee for the fun run.

Anyone wishing to apply on line should contact Mike Backus at mmb@mortbackus.com and he will gladly email an application. All paid participants will receive a race memento and participants may register by filling out registration form below and mailing it to Michael Backus, 833 Fulton Rd., Lisbon, NY 13658.
