PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Misty A. Mccottery, 34, of Gouverneur with one count of petit larceny. The arrest stemmed from a shoplifting incident Monday at the Potsdam Walmart. Mccottery was released on an appearance ticket for town of Potsdam court.
