A funeral Mass for 89 year old Mr. Fabian A. Bulsiewicz of Dekalb Junction will be held Thursday, August 16th at 10:00 AM at St. Therese’s Church in Nicholville, NY. Rev. David Hewko will celebrate the Mass. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. A memorial reception for family and friends will be held at St. Therese Church following the burial. Calling hours will be held Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam. If friends desire memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Therese’ Church, Nicholville, NY. Mr. Bulsiewicz died August 9, 2012 at Claxton-Hepburn Hospital in Ogdensburg.

Survivors include two sons Michael Bulsiewicz, in New York, Marc Bulsiewicz, in New Jersey; three daughters Karen Murray, Mary Bulsiewicz-Napoleone, and Kristin Kulick all living in New Jersey, 11 grandchildren: Joshua Katrina, Cairistiona, Lucas, Natasha, Rebecca, Travis, Kristopher, Matthew, John and Thomas, along with one great granddaughter Destiny.

Fabian was born in Irvington, New Jersey on August 15, 1922 the son of Anthony and Helen (Pawlowicz) Bulsiewicz. He served in the US Army in WWII from 1942-1946 including tours in the Pacific Theater. Fabian was self-employed and ran Associate Printers Co. in Watertown, NY prior to his retirement. He was married to Catherine Horyn. Fabian was pre-deceased by his wife Catherine, a brother Anthony Bulsiewicz, and a sister Doris Gladysiewicz.

Arrangements are with the Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam.
