PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident that left three people with injuries at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday on the Morley-Potsdam Road at state Route 310. Troopers identiifed the operators of the vehicles as Rosa Sergi, 43, of Canton and Bernadette M. Hamlin, 48, of Massena.

HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Robert J. Bullock, 33, of Massena with second-degree harassment Tuesday stemming from an investigation into an incident reported at 1:57 a.m. June 23 from the town of Masssena.

ENCON VIOLATION - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Dalton J. Serguson, 20, of Waddington with violation of an Environmental Conservation law stemming from an incident at 8:06 p.m. Aug. 8 in the town of Waddington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday on Oak Street, near state Route 37, in the village of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Janice Young Greene, 53, of Waddington and Amanda S. Barkley, 29, of Madrid.

STRUCK PARKED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 4 p.m. Tuesday off state Route 37 in the town of Massena. Troopers said Shawn M. Riley, 32, of Mooers struck a parked vehicle.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - SANTA CLARA - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Santa Clara. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Sally I. LaBarr, 49, of Brasher Falls.
