OGDENSBURG — Pepsi Cola Ogdensburg Bottlers Inc. won the North American Bottler of the Year award Tuesday night in Las Vegas, Nev.

The Ogdensburg company, which was founded by the late Richard E. Winter in 1943, was among three finalists for the national honor given at the annual Pepsi convention. The other finalists were Pepsi bottlers in Dresser, Wis., and Raleigh, N.C.
