John R. Allard, 88, Ogdensburg, reported to Ogdensburg police at 3:24 p.m. Monday that someone took his American Flag from his home at 924 Washington St.

A resident of the 200 block of Montgomery Street reported to city police that a man on a bicycle exposed himself to her daughter and nieces at 3:44 p.m. Monday. Police are investigating.

Michael Montavalo, 34, told city police a five-gallon bucket of paint was taken from the basement of his residence at 5901 Route 37, Ogdensburg, at 4:32 p.m. Monday.

Carolann Coney, 45, was arrested on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for violation of probation at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, city police said.

William W. Lovely, 38, of 1201 Washington St., reported to city police that his vehicle, a 2006 Nissan, was damaged outside his home at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday.
