PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM— Five Ogdensburg residents accused of stealing from Walmart have been arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies.

Richard J. Larue, 36, and Brenda L. Larue, 37, both of 813 Mechanic St.; Sarah Shannon-Wangler, 19, and Justin Shannon-Wangler, 18, both of 819 1/2 New York Avenue; and Kimberly M. Parmeter, 39, of 909 Mechanic St.; were each charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy, both misdemeanors.

The incident, reported at the Potsdam Walmart location, occurred on Aug. 3. All were issued appearance tickets to return to Potsdam Town Court at a later date.
