STOLEN PROPERTY - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Francis T. Green, 34, of Parishville with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property - credit card and third-degree identity theft Wednesday. The charges stemmed from a complaint made to troopers at 10:33 a.m. Aug. 13 from the town of Pierrepont.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORWOOD - Massena-based state police charged Bobbi S. Lafountain, 28, of Norwood with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday as part of an investigation that also involved Josh P. Hughes, 21, of Ogdensburg being charged with first-degree burglary in connection with a June 30 incident in the village of Norwood.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 37 at County Route 28. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Peggy J. Gilbo, 34, of Ogdensburg and Daniel P. Bovay, 25, of Massena.
