PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sherff’s Department deputies have charged four Ogdensburg residents following an investigation into a shoplifting incident on Aug. 4 at the Potsdam Walmart.

Deputies charged Sarah A. House, 28, of 103 Pine St.; Jeffrey P. Gagnon, 35, of 103 Pine St., Ogdensburg; Sarah Shannon-Wangler, 19,of 819 1/2 New York Ave.; and Justin Shannon-Wangler, 18, of 819 1/2 New York Ave.; with misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy. They were all released on appearance tickets for Potsdam Town Court.

The Shannon-Wranglers and two other Ogdensburg residents had also been charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy earlier this week in connection with an Aug. 3 incident at the Potsdam Walmart.
