Four youths, including two juveniles. were accused Wednesday evening in an alleged combined effort to shoplift merchandise priced at $175.14 at Burlington Coat Factory, Salmon Run Mall, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.

Jesus Flores, 19, of 214 Flower Ave., E., and Frankie J. Davis, 17, of 645 Emerson St., await prosecution in town of Watertown Court on charges of petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy.

Two juveniles, ages 14 and 12, face similar charges with the probation department and in Family Court.
