DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jack S. Wilson, 20, of Canton with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 1:40 a.m. Friday on state Route 11 in the village of Potsdam. He was also ticketed for a violation of his conditional license.

DWI - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Matthew A. Rigler, 38, of Massena with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 8:22 p.m. Thursday on state Route 37 in the town of Oswegatchie. He was also ticketed for speeding in zone, a license plate violation and charged with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway.

TRESPASSING - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Brian E. Francis, 22, of Nicholville with trespassing Thursday evening. He was charged at 47 County Route 49 in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an incident reported to state police at 10:03 p.m. June 2 from the town of Lawrence.

BAD CHECK - WEST STOCKHOLM - Massena-based state police charged Rebecca A. Wright, 39, with issuing a bad check Thursday on Lawrence Avenue in the village of Potsdam. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an incident reported to state police Thursday morning from the town of Stockholm.
