GOUVERNEUR — Scott W. Cousino, 22, Gouverneur, was arrested by state police at 7:38 a.m. Saturday and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Mr. Cousino allegedly kissed a friend’s 12-year-old child.

Although troopers listed Cousinio’s address as 77 Trinity Ave., Gouverneur, his father, who lives at that address, said he has not resided there for some time.

He was being held in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $2,500 bail.
