PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Kyle J. Neuroth, 22, of Potsdam with one count of petit larceny Tuesday after he allegedly shoplifted $11.19 worth of cold medicine from the Potsdam Walmart.
GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Carrie L, Burnor, 26, of Massena with fourth-degree grand larceny Monday stemming from a complaint received at 4:17 p.m. Aug. 16 from the village of Massena.
HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Thomas J. Spinner, 42, of Louisville with second-degree harassment and ticketed him for failure to wear his seatbelt following a traffic stop at 6:35 p.m. Monday on Maple Street. Spinner allegedly made threats, including telling the troopers he knew where he lived after referring to him in uncomplimentary terms, during the traffic stop, Prosecutors offered Spinner a plea bargain agreement allowing him to plead guilty to the seat belt ticket in satisfaction of the harassment charge. He was fined $25 and an $85 surcharge by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Malone-based state police charged Andrew C. Tracey, 20, of Nassau and ticketed him for speeding following a traffic stop at 1:15 p.m. Monday on state Route 458 in the town of Santa Clara.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:10 a.m. Monday on County Route 36 at County Route 39 in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Marc R. Plante, 22, of Massena.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 3:05 p.m. Monday on state Route 345, near the Halfway House Road, in the town of Waddington. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Hollis A. Hughes, 61, of Waddington.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BANGOR - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage Monday on County Route 16, near Route 11B, in the town of Bangor. Troopers identified the drivers as Carissa A. Wilson, 30, of Brushton and Benjamin J. Chapman, 21, of North Bangor.
